For our first Mental Health Monday of the semester, we wanted to let you know about a great website and app that you can use to help you manage anxiety and fall asleep more easily. Calm is a free app with optional in app purchases that offers several different guided meditations, relaxing landscape backgrounds, and more. Check out the website below!
